Tasks and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design and arrange flower bouquets and gifts in innovative and modern ways.</li><li>Prepare and fulfill customer orders (birthdays, occasions, parties, weddings).</li><li>Caring for flowers and ensuring their quality in terms of storage and display.</li><li>Cooperating with the sales team to create new products that reflect the brand's identity.</li><li>Adhering to quality standards and good taste in all designs.</li><li>Ability to handle custom orders and execute them professionally.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>At least one year of previous experience in flower arrangement or decoration.</li><li>High artistic taste and creativity in creating new designs.</li><li>Good customer service skills and the ability to understand customer needs.</li><li>Familiarity with natural and dried flower care techniques.</li><li>Simplified photography skills for displaying designs on social media (a plus).</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.</li><li>from Kuwait only.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are You Located in Kuwait</li></ul>
