You will collaborate daily with our social media and Marketing teams to keep our brands fresh, trending, and visually stunning.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Full-Spectrum Production: Film, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos (Reels/TikToks) for all social platforms.</li><li>Creative Strategy: Participate in brainstorming sessions to design advertising plans that avoid &quot;stagnation&quot; and keep our audience engaged.</li><li>Versatile Styling: Adapt your aesthetic to match the unique vibe of each restaurant concept in our portfolio.</li><li>Trend Watching: Stay ahead of the curve on social media trends, new editing software, and photography techniques.</li><li>Deadline Driven: Manage multiple projects and ensure all materials are submitted on time for our content calendar.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Experience: 3&ndash;4 years of professional experience (F&amp;B or Hospitality preferred).</li><li>Technical Mastery: Proficiency with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, studio/natural lighting, and the Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).</li><li>Video Skills: Strong ability to shoot and edit short-form video content.</li></ul>Soft Skills: Excellent communication and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentWork Location: In person
