Works in collaboration with the Food and Beverage department to provide excellent service in the VIP Lounge guests and maintain the integrity of the room in regard to access.</li><li>
Has the ability to extend complementary service in accordance with approved comp matrix.</li><li>
Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.</li><li>

Minimum Qualifications:</div><div></div><ul><li>
High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).</li><li>
One (1) year of customer service experience.</li><li>
Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.</li><li>
Excellent communication conflict resolution skills.</li><li>
Must be able to stand during entire shift with frequent reaching, bending, and stooping.</li><li>

</div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Main Activities and Responsibilities
</b></h2><div><div><div><div>Reporting organisationally to the Tournament Headquarters and the Food and Beverage Managers, the F&amp;B Coordinator will ensure the successful coordination of the F&amp;B Concessions Program in the venue.<br>
<br>
Main responsibilities of the F&amp;B Coordinator for the FIFA World Cup 26&trade; include:</div><ul>
<li>Ensure that services delivered are compliant with the F&amp;B Concessions Operational Plan (number of staff, SKU allocation and sales prices per concession, activation hours, alcohol policy, SFE activations, etc.).</li>
<li>Ensure that the commercial and contractual rights of the Commercial Partners involved in the F&amp;B Concessions Program are respected and implemented (brand exposure and product exclusivity, where applicable; use of dedicated equipment; respect of merchandising guidelines such as planograms, uniforms, menu boards, POS tactics, etc.).</li>
<li>On Match Days: coordinate and report on operations and carry out regular quality controls (readiness by stadium gate opening, measure queuing times, monitor stock shortages, observe quality of customer service, etc.).</li>
<li>Provide daily briefings to the local concessionaire and the Commercial Partner teams on site and ensure smooth communication between relevant stakeholders of the F&amp;B Concessions Program.</li>
<li>Liaise daily with the FIFA central team using the designated report template.</li>
<li>Assist the FWC26 Commercial Rights Delivery Team in all matters related to FIFA Partnerships&rsquo; objectives and obligations.</li>
<li>Assist the team with administrative responsibilities.</li>
