 What You Will Do
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Describe the selection of food &amp; beverage menu items to guests by offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item, origin, taste, and preparation methods.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen; coordinate food timings; check completed kitchen orders with the guest&rsquo;s original order; transport items to the guest table in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
 </li>
 <li>
 Breakdown, clean and set-up of tables, buffets, and food stations as well as the back-of-house areas.
 </li>
 <li>
 Retrieve and stock all linen, china, silver, glassware and food and beverage items.
 </li>
 <li>
 Complete opening and closing side work as assigned and have all tables set according to standard.

 What You Will Bring

Food and Beverage - Assistant Server

 The Server's primary responsibility is to provide world class customer service and hospitality to guests of the RH Restaurant (&ldquo;Restaurant&rdquo;).
 
 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

 - Tasks incidental to the Server&rsquo;s primary responsibilities include restocking credenzas clearing, crumbing, resetting, sanitizing tables; boxing to-go orders; sidework (serviettes &amp; rollups); and polishing silverware and glassware. The Server may spend a limited amount of time performing these incidental tasks during their shift.
 
 
 OUR REQUIREMENTS
 
 
 - Minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Server
 
 - Alcoholic Beverage Service Certified, Certification based on Local Jurisdiction
 
 - ServSafe Food Handler Certified
 
 - Willing to learn new and exciting things
 
 - Energetic, accountable and team oriented
 
 - Reliable, dependable and responsible
 
 - Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with a positive attitude
 
 - Basic computer skills is a plus
