About the Role

We are urgently hiring an experienced and customer-focused Waitress for a premium Italian restaurant in Abu Dhabi.

The ideal candidate should have previous restaurant or hospitality experience, excellent communication skills, and a professional approach to customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guests with a welcoming and high-quality dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus and provide information about food and beverage options.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve meals and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the guest's dining experience.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Practice suggestive selling and recommend menu items when appropriate.
• Coordinate with kitchen and restaurant team members to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas.
• Follow restaurant hygiene, food safety, and service standards.
• Assist with table setup, clearing, and preparation for incoming guests.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as a Waitress in a restaurant, café, hotel, or similar hospitality environment.
• Experience in a premium or Italian restaurant is an advantage.
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-service skills.
• Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
• Positive, friendly, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts as required.
• Candidates who can join immediately or on short notice will be preferred.
