THE TEAM

You will join our dynamic Food & Beverage team, working closely with a dedicated group of hospitality professionals who strive to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Reporting to the Restaurant Captain, you will be part of a team that upholds the highest standards of service, guest engagement, and operational excellence in our restaurant.

YOUR ROLE

As a Waiter/Server, you will play a vital role in shaping memorable dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for providing warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and cared for. Your role directly contributes to the success of our restaurant operations by maintaining service quality, upholding brand standards, and supporting smooth day‑to‑day functions alongside colleagues in the kitchen and service teams.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service while adhering to Rosewood standards.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of menu items, beverages, wines, and service techniques.
• Take accurate guest orders, input them into the POS system, and ensure timely delivery.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and maintain positive guest relations at all times.
• Handle guest concerns using proper procedures to ensure satisfaction.
• Complete opening and closing side duties to support efficient restaurant operations.

COULD THIS BE YOU?

• You bring at least three years of experience as a waiter in a high‑quality dining environment.
• You have strong attention to detail, excellent organization, and the ability to work calmly under pressure.
• You understand guests’ needs intuitively and provide service with warmth and professionalism.
• You are confident using POS systems and possess strong coordination and timing when serving.
• You can carry out physically active duties throughout the shift and maintain high energy levels.
• You communicate clearly in English and ideally speak additional languages.
