THE TEAM

The In Room Dining team at Rosewood Abu Dhabi delivers personalized dining experiences within the comfort and privacy of our guests’ rooms and suites. The team is dedicated to providing seamless service, exceptional attention to detail, and thoughtful hospitality that reflects Rosewood’s luxury standards.

As an In Room Dining Waiter/Waitress, you will work closely with the In Room Dining leadership and culinary teams to ensure every order is delivered efficiently, professionally, and with genuine care.

YOUR ROLE

As an In Room Dining Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for delivering food and beverage experiences directly to guest rooms while maintaining the highest standards of service, presentation, and professionalism.

You will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences by ensuring orders are delivered accurately, amenities are presented impeccably, and guest needs are anticipated and fulfilled with warmth and efficiency.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Deliver food, beverages, and amenities to guest rooms with professionalism and attention to detail
• Prepare and set up trays and trolleys according to Rosewood service standards
• Ensure all orders are complete, accurate, and presented impeccably before delivery
• Maintain mise en place and operational readiness of the In Room Dining area
• Collect used trays, trolleys, and equipment while ensuring inventory is properly accounted for
• Communicate guest feedback and service opportunities to supervisors to enhance the guest experience

COULD THIS BE YOU?

• You have experience in Food & Beverage service within a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment
• You are passionate about delivering personalized and memorable guest experiences
• You have excellent attention to detail and take pride in presentation and service quality
• You are organized, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• You work well independently while remaining a collaborative team player
• You communicate fluently in English; additional language skills are an advantage
