Position Summary: Responsible for the efficient and correct service of food and/or beverage to patrons according to the casino procedures and applicable state laws. Guests must feel welcome, comfortable and well attended to at all times.
Essential Duties:<ul><li>
Escorts customers to their tables.</li><li>
Assists customers with seating arrangements.</li><li>
Assists host or hostess by answering phones to take to-go orders, and by greeting, seating, and thanking guests.</li><li>

Rolls silverware, sets up food stations or sets up dining areas to prepare for the next shift or for large parties.</li><li>
Stocks service areas with supplies such as coffee, food, tableware, and linens.</li><li>
Stocks serving stations or dining areas with food or supplies.</li><li>
Fills salt, pepper, sugar, cream, condiment, and napkin containers.</li><li>
Cleans tables or counters after patrons have finished dining.</li><li>
Cleans food preparation areas, facilities, or equipment.</li><li>
Performs cleaning duties, such as sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming carpet, tidying up server station, and taking out trash.</li><li>

Requirements:

Education and Experience:<ul><li>
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent strongly preferred.</li><li>
Previous server experience preferred.</li><li>
Valid HIS Food Handler&rsquo;s Certificate required.</li><li>
Current ABLE Commission Liquor License required.</li></ul>

Must be able to responsibly handle cash transactions.</li><li>

Responsible for the beverage service to guests and Beverage/Food Servers in an assigned service station ensuring efficient and prompt service. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The following is a list of the main duties and responsibilities. However, other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary by management. All duties must be performed in accordance with Tribal, Federal, and other applicable requirements, organizational specific policies, procedures and practices

Responsible for the mixing and serving of alcoholic and/or non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures, for guests and Beverage Servers.

Responsible for receiving, issuing and keeping necessary records of liquor stores and supplies.

Maintains a neat and clean bar station on a continual basis.

Maintains knowledge of the Dram Shop Act and bartender&rsquo;s responsibilities and rights under it.

May serve food as needed at a designated outlet.
