JOB SUMMARY: Provides nursing care to individuals who present to the Harris County Hospital District for treatment, evidence collection and injury documentation. Preferred certified Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner through either the International Association of Forensic Nurses (IAFN) or Texas Office of the Attorney General or within two years of employment. 
2Work Experience (Years and Area):Minimum of 8-10 years healthcare experience as a Registered Nurse with a background in Emergency/ Trauma, Labor &amp; Delivery, Pediatrics, Intensive Care and/or Forensic Nursing. 
3Management Experience (Years and Area):None required 
4Equipment Operated:Computer, calculator, fax, copier, camera

The Latent Print Administrative Support Specialist is responsible for clerical and administrative tasks related to the latent print section. The Latent Print Support Specialist is accountable for communicating with stakeholders to ensure that accurate and timely results are released to the requesting investigator. The Specialist will also be responsible for the scanning of latent print evidence. Generally, he/she utilizes standard procedures to perform tasks under the guidance and direction of the section supervisor. Minimum of six months experience of mid to high level administrative experience is required. Experience in a law enforcement or forensic environment performance administrative tasks is strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability and knowledge of different forensic software systems including but not limited to: Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and/or MIDEO is strongly preferred. Demonstrated skill in all Microsoft Office applications is also required.
