Job Summary

Utilizes a handheld scanner device (RF) device to pick orders from the sales floor. Uses handheld scanner device (RF) to verify merchandise. Moves merchandise from sales floor to staging area.
</li><li>Communicates problems with inventory and/or equipment and communicates expired or short-dated items included on pick list.</li><li>
Communicates with club team when merchandise needs to be replenished.</li><li>
Works with team to have merchandise pulled from reserve area, when possible, to avoid sales floor replenishment.</li><li>
Ensures all orders are picked in a timely manner to meet all productivity requirements.</li><li>
Works with a high level of urgency to ensure deadlines are met up to and including key performance indicators based on individual performance.</li><li>
Follows operational efficiencies, processes and productivity standards with adherence to established SOP for BOPIC, Curbside and Ship from Club.</li><li>

Job Overview

As a Fulfillment Colleague, you will play a key role in creating a seamless and personalized shopping experience for our omni-channel customers. This role combines sales floor engagement with back-of-house fulfillment responsibilities - selecting merchandise, packing and shipping online orders with care, and assisting with in-store and curbside pickup.

Participate in Loss Prevention procedures related to Omni-Channel processes; assist in
completing daily FedEx Box Count Audits according to company Inventory Control and Loss Prevention standards.</li><li>
Fulfill the company-defined customer experience by completing all processes according to our service level standards.</li><li>
Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures. Maintains confidentiality of all Company information.</li><li>

QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>
Prior retail sales, operations, maintenance, or customer-focused experience preferred</li><li>
Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).</li><li>
Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking. Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.</li><li>
