 India Logistics &amp; Trade Compliance Manager
 
 is responsible for establishing and managing all
 
 logistics operations and trade compliance activities for
 
 PEI-Genesis India Pvt. Ltd. during the launch and ongoing operation of the new
 
 Pune, India facility

 This position will ensure full compliance with
 
 Indian Customs, DGFT (Directorate General of Foreign Trade), SCOMET export controls

 global trade regulations
 
 , while aligning India operations with PEI-Genesis&rsquo;
 
 global logistics and compliance standards.
 
 
 
 Reporting to the
 
 Global Manager, Logistics &amp; Trade Compliance
 
 in Philadelphia, this role will serve as the local compliance authority for India &mdash; overseeing import/export controls, shipping processes, broker relationships, and supply chain logistics. The incumbent will also be instrumental in &ldquo;bedding down&rdquo; the new facility&rsquo;s trade readiness and integrating it with PEI-Genesis&rsquo; global trade systems, procedures, and values.

 Trade Compliance Management:
