 We&rsquo;re seeking a Performance Marketing Associate / Associate Manager to drive user acquisition and engagement through paid digital channels. If you&rsquo;re passionate about performance marketing, data-driven decision-making, and optimizing campaigns for maximum impact, this role is for you!  Roles and responsibilities:

 Campaign Strategy &amp; Execution: Plan, set up, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta, Programmatic, and other acquisition channels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Budget &amp; Performance Management: Allocate and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI and improve CAC efficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Data &amp; Analytics: Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and internal tools, generating insights to improve KPIs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experimentation &amp; Optimization: Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to drive continuous improvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the Product, Brand, Content, and Design teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Reporting &amp; Insights: Track performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements to growth and efficiency.
 </li>

 What is needed for this role:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 1-3+ years of experience in performance marketing (brand or agency) depending on the role level.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on expertise in running and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Affiliates &amp; Programmatic channels
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and campaign tracking tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to analyze large datasets and translate them into actionable marketing insights.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
 </li>
 <li>
 Bonus: Prior experience in FinTech, startups, or e-commerce growth marketing.
 </li>
 <li>
