The Program HSE Manager will oversee the Water Transmission Scheme HSE Management system.
This is a PMC role, and there will be multiple Supervision Consultants and EPC`s appointed directly by the Client. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HSE management requirements on the large-scale water transmission projects in Abu Dhabi. This role involves managing technical and functional coordination between systems, disciplines, and multiple contractors. In addition, the candidate will be required to engage with project teams enforcing oversight of regulatory and standards compliance, as well as strategic planning, and collaboration with various stakeholders. Development and implementation of a program wide HSE Management plans and processes to effectively manage the project requirements.
