<li>Support reporting governance, prioritization, and report tracking processes.</li>
<li>Partner with Operations, Finance, and Patient Accounts to ensure timely and compliant reporting.</li>

<ul><li>Train and mentor junior team members and end users.</li>
<li>Serve as a subject matter expert for supported applications and systems.</li>

<ul><li>Utilize reporting and analytics tools including SQL Server, Report Builder, and Power BI.</li>
<li>Support Helpdesk processes and user administration activities.</li>
<li>Work with database and technical teams to support automated data delivery and reporting solutions.</li>
</ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader">Professional Standards</h4>
<ul><li>Maintain knowledge of healthcare informatics, regulatory requirements, and billing trends.</li>
<li>Participate in quality improvement initiatives and organizational projects.</li>
<li>Follow all organizational security and confidentiality practices.</li>
<li>Perform additional duties as assigned.</li>
</ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader">Qualifications 
</h4>
<h4 class="jobSectionHeader">Experience</h4>
<ul><li>7&ndash;10 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Programmer Analyst, Application Analyst, or similar role.</li>
<li>Experience supporting Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems; Athena experience preferred.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of application support, configuration, and maintenance in healthcare or similarly regulated environments.</li>
<li>Experience with SQL Server, reporting tools, and data visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau preferred.</li>
<li>Experience with application design, development, and testing strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Knowledge of scripting languages and automation tools is a plus.</li>
<li>Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and workflow improvement skills.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Strong customer service orientation and ability to collaborate across departments.</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.</li>
</ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader">Education</h4>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field required.</li>
<li>Equivalent combination of education and directly related progressive experience may be considered.</li>
