ABOUT THE ROLE</p><p></p><p>

Assist in maintaining and supporting the hotel&rsquo;s IT infrastructure, including computers, networks, servers, and software systems.</p></li><li><p>
Respond to IT-related requests and issues from staff, providing timely troubleshooting and technical support.</p></li><li><p>
Help monitor and maintain hotel network security, backup systems, and data integrity.</p></li><li><p>
Assist with installation, configuration, and updates of hardware, software, and peripheral devices.</p></li><li><p>
Support the IT team in managing POS systems, property management systems (PMS), and other hotel software applications.</p></li><li><p>
Maintain documentation of IT procedures, equipment, and troubleshooting steps.</p></li><li><p>
Assist in training hotel staff on IT systems, software usage, and security best practices.</p></li><li><p>
