DT Professional Services is seeking a HR Data Analyst (Management Analyst II) to join our team in Port Hueneme, CA. This role will design and build multi-faceted human resources information technology tools and dashboards that provide decision-quality data for HR to use in providing advice, guidance, and recommendations for both internal HR and Command leadership.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
The contractor will be required to assist in the building, troubleshooting, and maintenance of various HR and Command-wide tools.</li><li>
The contractor shall support development and maintenance of instructions, policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).</li><li>
The contractor shall support the daily maintenance of the end strength tracker by processing daily command employee data to determine gains, losses, and employee movement.</li><li>

Assists in coordination of all NAVSEA level HR calls for data, documentation reviews, and requests for best practices.</li><li>
Effort includes interfacing with SMEs, collecting responses, and packaging/delivering results in accordance with data call templates.</li><li>
The contractor supports BIN Management by tracking military and civilian billets, providing new BINs to the staffing team, and ensuring compliance with HQ procedures.</li><li>
Submits MCRs and monitors data accuracy in accordance with NAVSEA manpower requirements.</li><li>
Contractor shall provide monthly and/or quarterly required reports such as Alpha, Who We Are, DAWIA, CIG, STRL DHA and LER Drug Randomizer in support of customer and stakeholder requests.</li><li>
Contractor shall communicate with department stakeholders to ensure onboarding compliance for all new hires meet command requirements.</li><li>
Contractors will be required to source data from multiple sources including, but not limited to: Total Workforce Management Services (TWMS), Total Force Manpower Management System (TFMMS), DCPDS, HR Link, and other systems.</li><li>

HRIS Development &amp; Support
Supports and maintains the HCM system. Partners with the HRIS

Business Processes
Continually monitors HR/client information needs and designs new or modifies existing processes to meet changing requirements. Collaborates with HR/Payroll/IT to address functionality issues and to discover and define business requirements. Provides troubleshooting and technical assistance as needed.
Technical Expertise
Advise on projects involving the analysis, design, testing, implementation and support for HR Operations.
Documentation &amp; Work Flow

The HR &amp; Compensation Analyst conducts analyses and interpretations of the organization&rsquo;s compensation programs and serves as a key resource for HR data and analytics. This role is responsible for maintaining and organizing human resources information within the HRIS, compiling and analyzing HR data and metrics, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

Primary Position Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Ensures HR federal reporting requirements are accurately completed by required deadlines, including EEO filings, VETS-4212, and Affirmative Action Plan(s).</li>
<li>Serves as the subject matter expert for the HRIS, supporting system functionality, data integrity, and reporting capabilities.</li>
<li>Contributes organizational data to compensation surveys and analyzes survey results to support market competitiveness.</li>
<li>Conducts market analysis of jobs to assess competitive positioning of the organization&rsquo;s pay programs.</li>
<li>Participates in annual salary administration activities, including salary structure development, maintenance, and incentive or salary increase budgeting.</li>
<li>Processes wage and salary changes related to merit increases, promotions, job changes, and market adjustments.</li>
<li>Gathers, analyzes, and optimizes HRIS data to improve system performance and reporting effectiveness.</li>
<li>Develops and analyzes employee, compensation, and labor data to support compensation strategy, workforce planning, and data-driven decision-making.</li>
<li>Develops, maintains, and delivers recurring, ad-hoc, and custom HR and compensation reports, dashboards, and analytics for HR leadership and business stakeholders.</li>
<li>Analyzes issues, evaluates options, and provides data-supported insights and recommendations to inform HR and compensation practices.</li>
<li>Ensure data integrity across HR systems by identifying discrepancies and partnering on corrections.</li>
<li>Partners with the Director of Human Resources to ensure compliance with all applicable HR-related legal and regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Creates, updates, and maintains organizational charts to support accurate workforce planning and organizational alignment.</li>
<li>Complies with established CoServ safety and operating rules, procedures and guidelines including reporting unsafe practices to a supervisor.</li>
<li>Complies with established CoServ Information Security Handbook, policies, procedures, and guidelines including reporting suspected information security incidents to Tech Support.</li>

Position Requirements

Education, Experience, and Certifications Required
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalency.</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.</li>
<li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in HR analytics, compensation, or a related analytical HR role.</li>

ServiceTitan is seeking an experienced analyst to join the People Insights &amp; Analytics (PIA) team as we build the first end-to-end solution to transform the trades. This Senior Analyst of People Analytics role will serve as the operational backbone of PIA&rsquo;s analytics platform, owning Visier administration, essential content development, data pipeline support, and systematic data validation. This role is critical for maintaining a clean, trustworthy, and scalable analytics environment that enables self-service insights across the full employee lifecycle. Working closely with the PIA team and cross-functional partners in People Technology and Data Engineering, this person will ensure that our analytics products are reliable, well-organized, and built for the people who use them.
What you'll do:<ul><li>
Own Visier platform administration, including metric management, tagging, configuration cleanup, and content organization to maintain a clean and trustworthy analytics environment.</li><li>
Build and maintain essential self-service dashboards and reporting content in Visier following established style guides and PIA&rsquo;s Content Development Lifecycle (scope validate build review pilot release).</li><li>
Support the data pipeline from Workday through Snowflake to Visier &mdash; communicating required transformations, data additions, troubleshooting Visier data load issues, etc.</li><li>
Own systematic data validation processes, comparing Visier metrics against Workday source-of-truth data to ensure accuracy and integrity across all analytical objects.</li><li>
Manage scheduled business-as-usual work including survey data processing, recurring data reporting, and routine platform maintenance.</li><li>
Collaborate cross-functionally with People Technology and Data Engineering teams on data integration, pipeline development, and platform improvements.</li><li>
Contribute to PIA&rsquo;s ability to deliver analytical insights at scale through tuning, monitoring, and evaluating Visier Vee.</li><li>
Leverage other AI tools (including Claude) to accelerate content development, documentation, code generation, and process automation.</li><li>
Contribute to analytics and insight generation as a secondary responsibility, growing into deeper analytical work over time.</li></ul>
What you'll bring:<ul><li>
3+ years of experience in a quantitative or analytics role, building data visualizations, business intelligence solutions, and generating actionable insights, preferably in a People/HR team.</li><li>
2+ years of experience developing within BI/Analytics/Statistical modeling tools such as Visier, OneModel, Workday Prism, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms. Visier experience is highly preferred.</li><li>
Proficiency with SQL, Python/R, and ETL pipelines.</li><li>
Advanced visualization skills with the ability to tell a compelling story with data.</li><li>
