 Job Description

 Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Recommend strategies to motivate employees.
 </li>
 <li>
 Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate performance management cycle
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the organization&rsquo;s employee database and prepare reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with payroll variables.
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with the talent acquisition process.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in human resources management with experience in logistics/supply chain/warehousing/manufacturing industries as a must
 </li>
 <li>
 Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including talent acquisition, talent management, compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity and performance management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Aptitude in problem-solving
 </li>
 <li>
 Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach

 International Workforce Monitoring: Track and follow up on documentation for foreign nationals.

 Administrative Coordination: Handle billing for work-study students and ensure timely reminders and documentation across HR processes.

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 2-5 years of experience in HR operations or a similar administrative HR role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent organizational and time management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
 </li>
