</div></div><div></div><div><div><p>Responsibilities</p>
<div><div><ul><li>Support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to development, performance management and offboarding</li>
<li>Partner with hiring managers on recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination and provide a smooth candidate experience</li>
<li>Coordinate structured onboarding programmes to ensure smooth integration of new hires and support learning and development initiatives.</li>
<li>Act as a trusted HR contact for employees, providing guidance on policies, employment conditions, leave, payroll queries and day-to-day HR matters</li>
<li>Contribute to the development, implementation and continuous improvement of local HR policies and procedures, in line with company standards</li>
<li>Support performance management and talent development processes by tracking key deadlines, sending reminders, coordinating timelines and supporting the collection and documentation of required materials.</li>
<li>Organise and support employee engagement initiatives, internal communications and wellbeing activities to foster a positive workplace culture</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and compliant employee records and HR data, prepare reports and support the HR Manager in local and global HR projects, including compliance and HSE topics</li>
</ul></div></div></div><div><p>Qualifications</p>
<div><div><ul><li>3&ndash;5 years of hands-on experience in a generalist HR role within a structured organisation</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related discipline</li>
<li>Native-level Turkish and fluency in English, with confidence in both written and verbal communication</li>
<li>Solid understanding of HR best practices, employment legislation and employee relations in the local context</li>
<li>Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment</li>
<li>Confidence working with HR systems and data; good command of MS Office, HRIS experience (e.g. Workday) considered an advantage</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and work effectively across functions and levels</li>
<li>High level of discretion, integrity and reliability, with the ability to handle sensitive information professionally and confidentially</li>
