You support our team as
HR GENERALIST ( F/M/D)

Responsibilities

  • Support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to development, performance management and offboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers on recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination and provide a smooth candidate experience
  • Coordinate structured onboarding programmes to ensure smooth integration of new hires and support learning and development initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted HR contact for employees, providing guidance on policies, employment conditions, leave, payroll queries and day-to-day HR matters
  • Contribute to the development, implementation and continuous improvement of local HR policies and procedures, in line with company standards
  • Support performance management and talent development processes by tracking key deadlines, sending reminders, coordinating timelines and supporting the collection and documentation of required materials.
  • Organise and support employee engagement initiatives, internal communications and wellbeing activities to foster a positive workplace culture
  • Maintain accurate and compliant employee records and HR data, prepare reports and support the HR Manager in local and global HR projects, including compliance and HSE topics

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a generalist HR role within a structured organisation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related discipline
  • Native-level Turkish and fluency in English, with confidence in both written and verbal communication
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices, employment legislation and employee relations in the local context
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Confidence working with HR systems and data; good command of MS Office, HRIS experience (e.g. Workday) considered an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and work effectively across functions and levels
  • High level of discretion, integrity and reliability, with the ability to handle sensitive information professionally and confidentially
