 We are looking for a Human Resources Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience to support hotel-wide human resources operations while delivering an excellent candidate and employee experience. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, supporting core HR functions such as employee relations, payroll coordination, and benefits administration, and ensuring full compliance with Hilton&rsquo;s global brand standards. Reporting and analytics will be managed by the Director of HR.

 A Human Resources Executive is responsible for supporting and advising management on proper policies and procedures to deliver an excellent staff experience while assisting with employee relations.
 
 
 
 What will I be doing?
 
 
 
 As a Human Resources Executive, you are responsible for supporting and advising management on proper policies and procedures to deliver an excellent staff experience. A Human Resources Executive will also be required to manage succession planning and employee relations. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

 Provide guidance and support to managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices

 Handle employee relations matters confidentially, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management cases
 </li>

 Support payroll processes, ensuring accuracy of employee data related to salaries, overtime, leave, and benefits
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure recruitment and selection process is adhered to and ensure that appropriate immigration checks are carried out
 </li>

 Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including private health insurance and individual pension plans (BES), and provide related employee guidance
 </li>

 Assist in the organisation of Team Member social events
 </li>

 Work with local organisations and schools to promote the hospitality industry
