We are seeking a detail-oriented Imports Specialist to manage and oversee all import operations in Saudi Arabia. The role involves coordinating with international suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to ensure timely and compliant shipments. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of Saudi customs regulations, documentation, and logistics processes. Key responsibilities</div>
</div><div><ul><li>Manage end-to-end import operations, including documentation, customs clearance, and shipment tracking.</li><li>Ensure full compliance with Saudi customs regulations and trade laws.</li><li>Coordinate with freight forwarders, suppliers, and clearing agents to ensure timely delivery of goods.</li><li>Handle and process all required import documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, COO, etc.).</li><li>Liaise with the Saudi Food &amp; Drug Authority (SFDA) for product registration, approvals, and regulatory compliance when applicable.</li><li>Monitor shipment costs, duties, and taxes to ensure cost efficiency.</li><li>Maintain accurate import records and prepare regular reports for management.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><div>
Qualifications and skills</div>
