Participating in regional and global projects We are looking for our new &ldquo;General Maintenance Executive&rdquo; team member, who will work with us at our Amasya Factory. 
Job Description 
<ul><li>
Plan, coordinate, and manage the maintenance and repair processes for all machines, equipment, and tools within the factory.</li><li>
Monitor and improve the maintenance, repair, and efficiency processes of packaging machines (vacuum filters, pumps, etc.).</li><li>
Ensure the regular maintenance of critical equipment (coolers, air compressors, blowers, condensers, etc.).</li><li>
Analyze recurring failures, develop, and implement appropriate solutions.</li><li>
Actively participate in investment projects by contributing to project teams, supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of processes.</li><li>
Develop and track periodic maintenance and preventive maintenance programs.</li><li>
Manage breakdowns and promptly address urgent maintenance needs.</li><li>
Manage the planning, execution, and reporting processes for annual mandatory periodic inspections (pressure vessels, ventilation, air conditioning, etc.) to ensure compliance with legal requirements and safety standards.</li><li>
Manage the spare parts inventory for critical equipment and ensure the procurement of necessary parts at optimal costs.</li><li>
Ensure the procurement of necessary maintenance and repair materials to maintain efficient equipment operation.</li><li>
Prepare technical drawings and requests for modifications.</li><li>
Develop improvement projects to optimize maintenance and repair processes.</li><li>
Propose recommendations to enhance the efficiency of machines, equipment, and facilities.</li><li>
Continuously work on improvement initiatives to achieve cost and time savings in maintenance processes.</li><li>
Manage the maintenance team, enhance employee motivation, identify training needs, and organize relevant training programs.</li><li>
Increase the technical knowledge of staff and ensure the effectiveness of maintenance activities.</li><li>
Adapt the team to evolving technologies and enhance productivity through training.</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
<ul><li>
University degree in Mechanical Engineering.</li><li>
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.</li><li>
Knowledge and experience with high-tech equipment and maintenance processes.</li><li>
Strong technical knowledge in machine maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.</li><li>
Proficiency in spare parts management and purchasing processes.</li><li>
Team management and leadership skills.</li><li>
Advanced problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.</li><li>
Experience in process improvement and productivity enhancement project.</li><li>
Excellent command of English (written and verbal)</li><li>
Proficiency in MS Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint.</li><li>
Experience in mechanical and electrical systems.</li><li>
Work in compliance with occupational health and safety standards.</li><li>
Possess time management and organizational skills.</li></ul>

Job Description 
<ul><li>
Plan and execute maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting activities for all electrical equipment throughout the factory,</li><li>
Prepare and manage technical documentation for new equipment,</li><li>
Create and regularly update electrical schematics and technical data sheets for equipment,</li><li>
Ensure all electrical repairs and modifications are properly documented,</li><li>
Take an active role in the commissioning processes of new machines and equipment, including providing necessary technical training,</li><li>
Participate in investment, lean manufacturing, and automation projects related to electrical systems,</li><li>
Prepare, implement, and monitor shift schedules,</li><li>
Manage employee overtime, leave, and attendance processes,</li><li>
Conduct regular inspections and tests for fire alarm and fire extinguishing systems,</li><li>
Perform and report on grounding measurements and thermal camera inspections,</li><li>
Ensure regular inspections and maintenance of all electrical panels and battery systems within the facility.</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical-Electronics Engineering,</li><li>
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills,</li><li>
Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance in a production/manufacturing environment,</li><li>
Knowledge of electrical diagrams, automation systems, and panel design,</li><li>
Experienced in energy monitoring and energy efficiency projects,</li><li>
Proficient in MS Office applications; preferably familiar with SAP, AutoCAD, Boysweb, etc.,</li><li>
Strong skills in team management, planning, reporting, and organization,</li><li>
Good understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Environmental, Quality, and Lean Management Systems,</li><li>
Willing and able to work in a shift-based system,</li><li>
Male candidates must have completed their military service,</li><li>
Residing in or able to reside in Amasya province.</li></ul>
