Participating in regional and global projects We are looking for our new “General Maintenance Executive” team member, who will work with us at our Amasya Factory.


Job Description

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage the maintenance and repair processes for all machines, equipment, and tools within the factory.
  • Monitor and improve the maintenance, repair, and efficiency processes of packaging machines (vacuum filters, pumps, etc.).
  • Ensure the regular maintenance of critical equipment (coolers, air compressors, blowers, condensers, etc.).
  • Analyze recurring failures, develop, and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Actively participate in investment projects by contributing to project teams, supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of processes.
  • Develop and track periodic maintenance and preventive maintenance programs.
  • Manage breakdowns and promptly address urgent maintenance needs.
  • Manage the planning, execution, and reporting processes for annual mandatory periodic inspections (pressure vessels, ventilation, air conditioning, etc.) to ensure compliance with legal requirements and safety standards.
  • Manage the spare parts inventory for critical equipment and ensure the procurement of necessary parts at optimal costs.
  • Ensure the procurement of necessary maintenance and repair materials to maintain efficient equipment operation.
  • Prepare technical drawings and requests for modifications.
  • Develop improvement projects to optimize maintenance and repair processes.
  • Propose recommendations to enhance the efficiency of machines, equipment, and facilities.
  • Continuously work on improvement initiatives to achieve cost and time savings in maintenance processes.
  • Manage the maintenance team, enhance employee motivation, identify training needs, and organize relevant training programs.
  • Increase the technical knowledge of staff and ensure the effectiveness of maintenance activities.
  • Adapt the team to evolving technologies and enhance productivity through training.

Qualifications
  • University degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge and experience with high-tech equipment and maintenance processes.
  • Strong technical knowledge in machine maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in spare parts management and purchasing processes.
  • Team management and leadership skills.
  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Experience in process improvement and productivity enhancement project.
  • Excellent command of English (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Work in compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
  • Possess time management and organizational skills.
