Position Summary
Under the supervision of the Site Coordinator, the Toddler Assistant Teacher will support the Lead Teacher in implementing a variety of activities to promote physical, mental and social development for youth ages 2-3 years of age. The Assistant Teacher visibly enjoys working with children, strives to create an environment that is safe and fun while helping members build confidence and skills. The Assistant Teacher fosters positive relationships with children, families, staff and school personnel. The Assistant Teacher should be passionate about implementing great programming in a busy environment.

Child Care Resources offers training, technical assistance and business support to child care providers, preschools and early educators in Central Oregon. Child Care Resources supports child care providers through Spark, Oregon&rsquo;s Quality Rating and Improvement System, and builds the infrastructure of child care in Central Oregon.
Baby Promise is a pilot program created by the Department of Early Learning and Care to address the child care shortage in Oregon. Baby Promise offers fully funded child care for income eligible families in Central Oregon. Baby Promise partners with local child care providers including in-home and center based and assists in connecting families to a program that works for them.
Overview of Key Duties and Responsibilities:
This position works in collaboration with early learning programs participating in the Baby Promise Program. This position primarily supports and guides infant and toddler teachers throughout Central Oregon in:<ul><li>
