The AI Instructional Integration Specialist is a dynamic leader responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting technology-enhanced learning experiences with a strong emphasis on artificial intelligence (AI) tools. This role bridges pedagogy and technology, ensuring that students and instructional staff can leverage AI responsibly and effectively to improve teaching, learning, and operational efficiency. This position ensures that AI is used as a tool to empower educators and students, fostering critical thinking, creativity, and personalized learning while maintaining human-centered teaching practices.

Must be able to maintain the lab and equipment in a safe and organized manner, including the handling of hazardous materials and equipment as required for some labs. Requires the ability to instruct in person and virtually through online platforms in the use of equipment and programs. Requires the ability to perform routine record keeping and report writing duties. Must be able to organize and prioritize work and manage time effectively. Must be able to communicate in both formal and informal setting with students, instructors, and other interested parties. Must be able to coordinate the activities of work study students.<br>

The goal of the Title I Instructional Coach is to build capacity by supporting teachers to develop more effective instruction. Instructional coaches work collaboratively with teachers in building their intervention and pedagogical knowledge, support teachers on a day-to-day basis, and facilitate school-wide professional development focused on researched based effective instruction.</div><div></div><div>

Participates in creation of intervention plans and data tracking to identify Title I students and improve student growth and achievement.</li><li>
Monitors SDW&rsquo;s to ensure Title I students are receiving the support they need and are progressing through the AIT process.</li><li>
Support teachers and grade level teams in creating action plans to address standards of concerns identified by student achievement data and Title I students.</li><li>
Observe Title I tutoring sessions and monitor data to identify material needs, effective use of data, effective instructional practices, and identify students to enter/exit from Title I services.</li><li>
Create and maintain a master Title I rank order list at each grade level.</li><li>
Review Title I student list to ensure student needs are met.</li><li>
Provide initial and continued professional development for Title I teachers, tutors and Title I paraprofessionals.</li><li>
Provide professional development and support of research-based teaching strategies, best practices to address the needs of teachers and school goals and implementation of the school's program of instruction.</li><li>
Facilitate training for teachers hired after the start of the school year, such as M-Drive Resources (Curriculum Pacing Guides, SOMAAH&rsquo;s, etc.), and Teacher Resource Binder.</li><li>
Within the school day hours, provide a minimum of 5 contact hours (support plans, one-on-one meetings, modeling, team teaching, peer observation coverage, etc.) with teachers per day to provide guidance and support for the enhancement of classroom instruction.</li><li>
Coach teachers and Title I Parapros in developing individualized interventions for Tier II and Tier III students.</li><li>
Ensure that monthly MAP Skills progress monitoring is completed and documented for all Tier II and Tier III students.</li><li>
Outside of the school day hours, meet with building principal to discuss the coaching process, the needs of the assigned teachers, and other related matters.</li><li>
Complete online Instructional Feedback Form for teacher observed.</li><li>
Facilitate change in instructional practices of teachers that will enable teachers to identify student needs more analytically; plan more productively; and teach more effectively.</li><li>
Attend, participate and ensure effective leadership in weekly PLC meetings.</li><li>
Review weekly lesson plans and check for alignment with standards and with daily instruction.</li><li>
Lead teacher gradebook checks.</li><li>
Facilitate monthly Title I &amp; New Teacher instructional meetings.</li><li>
Follows up on all phone calls and emails daily &ndash; respond within 24 hours.</li><li>
Complete additional tasks outside of regular school hours as assigned by site administration.</li><li>
