The Senior Interface Coordinator will play an essential role in ensuring seamless collaboration and communication between various project teams and stakeholders. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of interface management, which includes identifying and resolving potential conflicts, managing dependencies, and facilitating effective stakeholder engagement.
 In this role, you will contribute to the successful execution of major infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia, aligning with the visionary goals of Vision 2030. Key Responsibilities:

<li>Develop and implement effective interface management strategies and plans that foster collaboration between stakeholders.</li>
<li>Coordinate communication and information flow between project teams, clients, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and resolve issues.</li>
<li>Identify and manage interdependencies and conflicts across multiple projects, ensuring timely resolution to avoid delays.</li>
<li>Facilitate meetings and workshops to address interface-related issues and promote proactive problem-solving among teams.</li>
<li>Monitor interface performance and report on key metrics to assess compliance with project requirements.</li>
<li>Support Project Managers in integrating interface management into the overall project execution strategies.</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance collaboration.</li>

Requirements:

<li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.</li>
<li>Minimum of 8 years of experience in interface coordination or related roles.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of interface management principles and best practices.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.</li>
<li>Proficiency in project management and interface management tools.</li>

 How can you support us? Here are below your responsibilities:

 Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating and controlling the execution of the project in accordance with Client requirements and objectives, within time and cost constraint and in observance of HSE and Quality procedures and practices

 Support the Project Manager in coordinating specific technical and management topics (i.e. project internal and external interface management, contractual document issue and review, project activities planning, data analysis and reporting preparation, subcontractor and supplier management, Project Record Books preparation, Spare Parts management, Certifications collection, supplier Payments, etc.)

 During the Bidding Phase, as requested by the Project Manager:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Analyses tender and contractual documents in order to review scope of work and schedule and to identify project requirements and constraints
 </li>
 <li>
 Support in the preparation of the Project Execution Plan and the project Organization Charts
 </li>
 <li>
 Support in the preparation of cost estimate for external services, including the preparation of Project Mobilization Plan
 </li>
 <li>
 During the Project Execution Phase, according to the complexity of the project and as requested by the Project Manager:

 Manage reporting to the PM for specific activities of the project services as case by case defined by the PM (it can be an

 activity related to a main subcontract or vendor or interfaces internal or external)

 Prepare the Project External Interfaces Management Procedure and identity, categorize and manage the Project External Interfaces

 Prepare the Project Spare Parts Procedure and supervise and coordinate the procurement and management process for the Project Two Years Spare Parts

 Prepare the Project Record Books (PRB) Procedure, define the indexes of the PRB, collect the relevant documentation (i.e.

 Design and Drawing Books, Plant Operating Manuals, Vendor Data Books, Manufacturing Data Books, Plant Inspection

 Books, Field QA/QC Dossier, Completion Record Books) and delivery the assembled PRB to the Client

 Prepare the Vendor Assistance on Site Procedure, manage the Project Vendor Assistance on site, from the notification of

 Vendor intervention until the completion of the Vendor services, monitoring costs, reviewing the schedule of the interventions, reporting periodically the status and criticalities of the activities

 Prepare the Project Guarantee Claims Management Procedure with Vendors and during the guarantee period ensure the fulfilment of the guaranteed requirements by Vendor.

 Prepare the Project Guarantee Claims Management Procedure with Client and during the guarantee period manage the process of notification, reparation and closure of the guaranteed issues raised by Client

 Prepare the Project Back Charge Procedure and support in managing the back charges work process

Interface Manager
Missions/Main Duties:
<ul><li>Lead, plan, and manage all interface activities between civil packages (earthworks, structures, stations, depots, utilities diversions, etc.) and other disciplines (track, systems, MEP, architecture, environment, etc.).</li><li>
Develop and maintain the project Interface Management Plan, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives and client requirements.</li><li>
Identify, track, and resolve interface issues or conflicts proactively, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on project progress.</li><li>
Maintain an up-to-date interface register, ensuring that all interface risks, actions, and decisions are logged and communicated to relevant parties.</li><li>
Coordinate and facilitate interface meetings and workshops with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders to address interface challenges.</li><li>
Review and approve interface management documents, specifications, drawings, and reports from designers and contractors.</li><li>
