WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL DO&hellip;.
You&rsquo;ll join the interiors studio, which focuses on producing functionally beautiful spaces for clients by combining creativity and technical knowledge. Depending on the day, your responsibilities will include:
<ul><li>Competent in all conventional aspects of interior design with an emphasis on the technical implementation of the project design.</li>
<li>Performs work requiring independent judgment and critical thinking.</li>
<li>Adapts standards and criteria to project requirements and possesses a diverse working knowledge of related disciplines.</li>
<li>Coordinates and produces Contract Documents with support and direction from the Project Manager and other senior staff.</li>
</ul>
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS&hellip;
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in architecture or interior design from an accredited program.</li>
<li>3-5 years of experience in architectural and interior design practice with a focus on construction documentation.</li>
<li>Knowledge of architectural detailing and current construction standards.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Revit and other design software and their application to Contract Documents.</li>
<li>Knowledge of codes, consultant's coordination (civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural), and ability to successfully complete the permitting process with minimal aid and supervision.</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of construction contract administration processes.</li>
<li>Effective communication skills, conversational and written, for ongoing project collaboration and documentation.</li>
</ul>
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS&hellip;
<ul><li>Working knowledge of parametric modeling (Grasshopper, Dynamo) a plus.</li>
<li>Proficient in Rhino and Enscape preferred.</li>

 Key Responsibilities:

 Collaborate directly with the Principal, Director, and project leadership across all phases of a large-scale luxury project based in London
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate closely with both New York and London-based teams to ensure seamless communication, project alignment, and continuity throughout the design process
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to concept development through research, material studies, mood boards, finish palettes, sourcing, and presentation preparation
 </li>
 <li>
 Produce and develop detailed drawing packages including floor plans, elevations, furniture layouts, millwork drawings, and technical documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with FF&amp;E sourcing, specifications, procurement coordination, and vendor communications while maintaining alignment with the overall design vision
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare presentation materials, renderings, and visual assets for internal reviews and client-facing meetings
 </li>
 <li>
 Support project coordination efforts including consultant communication, meeting follow-up, schedule tracking, and day-to-day project organization
 </li>
 <li>
 Review shop drawings, material submissions, samples, and vendor documentation under the direction of senior leadership
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in site visits, installations, showroom visits, and project meetings as required
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain organized project files, schedules, specifications, and procurement documentation across multiple active project phases

 Key Skills / Requirements:

 Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 3-6 years of professional experience within luxury residential interior design required
 </li>

 Strong experience supporting projects through concept development, documentation, procurement, and installation phases
 </li>
 <li>
 Sophisticated understanding of luxury residential detailing, custom furnishings, materiality, finishes, and spatial composition
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering/visualization platforms such as Enscape or Lumion
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong technical abilities with experience producing detailed drawing sets, elevations, millwork coordination, and FF&amp;E specifications
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently coordinate across international teams and external stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced studio environment
 </li>
 <li>
