We are seeking experienced ITSM / IT Governance professionals to support the design, implementation, and optimization of IT service management frameworks and governance models. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in ITIL practices, IT operating models, and strategic IT alignment, with a strong understanding of compliance and standards such as ISO/IEC 20000 and ISO/IEC 27001.

We are seeking a seasoned IT Process, Governance &amp; ITSM Consultant who can lead the design, implementation, and optimization of IT service management frameworks and governance structures that align with industry standards and business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement ITSM frameworks (ITIL or equivalent) to support the full service lifecyclefrom strategy through continual improvement.
Design, document, and optimize IT processes (e.g., Incident, Change, Problem, Service Request, Configuration Management) to improve operational efficiency and maturity.
Establish and enforce IT governance policies, controls, and standards in alignment with ISO 27001, PCI DSS, ISO 22301, and other regulatory/compliance frameworks.
