 Position Overview
 
 
 The Sales Manager &ndash; SLED IT Sales at Zones PK will lead and develop a high-performing inside sales team supporting the U.S. State, Local Government, and Education (SLED) market. This role is responsible for achieving sales targets, managing partner relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across sales, quoting, and customer engagement processes.
 
 
 The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with a deep understanding of IT solutions and the U.S. public sector procurement Process.

 Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Account Managers and Inside Sales Representatives supporting the U.S. SLED segment.

 Ensure the achievement of annual sales and margin targets for the team.

 Drive business growth through expansion in hardware, software, cloud, and managed services opportunities.

 Maintain disciplined sales execution using Dynamics 365 and other Zones tools.

Throughout their training, OAMs in Training will become familiar with Manager on Duty duties and learn to manage various aspects of the store, including associates, sales, customer service, safety standards, product availability, store presentation, and overall profitability.
