This is not just a client-facing role it is an opportunity to influence and drive value for some of the most important accounts in our portfolio.Responsibilities<ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, maintaining and strengthening long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.</li><li>Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products or services, contributing to revenue targets and supporting overall business growth.</li><li>Develop and execute account-specific strategies to achieve revenue objectives, ensuring continued growth of current revenue streams.</li><li>Oversee the governance aspects of ongoing projects, ensuring compliance with established standards, company policies and addressing any issues that may arise.</li><li>Actively intervene when necessary to keep projects on track, ensuring they deliver desired outcomes and meet client expectations.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, delivery and support, to ensure a cohesive and effective service experience for clients.</li><li>Work closely with external partners and stakeholders to align on project goals, setting mutual expectations for successful outcomes.</li><li>Act as a liaison between clients and the company, facilitating open and clear communication to align on objectives and progress.</li><li>Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities to offer relevant insights and strategic guidance to clients.</li><li>Provide valuable feedback and insights from client interactions, helping inform product enhancements and marketing strategies.</li><li>Prepare and present regular reports on account status, revenue performance, and client feedback to internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>7+ Years of experience in account management or business development in technology and automation sectors, ideally with exposure to telecommunications or financial services clients.</li><li>Expertise in consultative selling and solution-based sales, with a strong focus on value creation for clients.</li><li>Established relationships with senior decision makers in client organizations, particularly in telecom and finance sectors.</li><li>Ability to interpret data, challenge existing processes and deliver insights and recommendations that drive client growth.</li><li>Demonstrated success in managing long sales cycles, involving multiple stakeholders and high deal values.</li><li>Enthusiastic about learning and evolving in a dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adjust to new challenges and technologies.</li></ul>Education<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s/Master&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration or a related field.</li><li>Additional certifications or training in Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Project Management or Customer Relationship Management is a plus.</li></ul>Skillset<ul><li>Account Management Expertise</li><li>Sales and Negotiation Skills</li><li>Project Management Abilities</li><li>Analytical and Strategic Thinking</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication</li><li>Familiarity with RPA, AI, SaaS and the telecommunications industry</li><li>Problem-Solving</li><li>Contract Management and Governance</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
