Run a sweeper/scrubber to clean factory floors</li><li>
Safely operate a forklift</li><li>
Operate industrial powered vehicles (e.g., golf carts or Gators)</li><li>
Operate aerial lifts to perform tasks above safe reach of a ladder (e.g., scissor lift, articulating lift)</li><li>
Operate, pneumatic, battery powered and electric hand tools</li><li>
Assist in the performance of building/equipment maintenance duties (e.g., recycling, painting, filter changes, fabrication machinery support, and coolant services)</li><li>
Perform grounds maintenance services (e.g., landscaping and snow removal)</li><li>
Maintain a safe work environment following all required safety regulations and protocols</li><li>

The C&amp;M Laborer is responsible for a variety of tasks associated with installation, reinstallation or repair of mains and services. Majority of work is performed outside, in ditches, resulting in exposure to dust, dirt, dampness and weather conditions.

<li>Lay out all parts and fittings on job site needed for the day.</li>
<li>Pipelayer/Laborer &ndash; topman and bottom (Pipelayer) to include assessing ground conditions, shoveling, digging trenches, assembling pipes, laying pipes following specifications or blueprints, packing dirt around pipe, bolting, communicating with heavy equipment operator when moving loads; jigging equipment; barring; leveling; using packer to pack dirt into place; filling trenches, drilling holes, and running tracer wire.</li>
<li>Other Laborer responsibilities include guide in sheeting and other materials from Heavy Equipment Operator, shoveling/leveling, handling and setting up/break down of equipment; layout area; communicate between Heavy Equipment Operators/Crane; setting posts; laying rubber membranes; demolition; and clean-up of job site area.</li>
<li>Assist with set-up of crane (2 hours to set-up). 6-7 crew members assist with set-up. Ensures boom is moved out of dolly (Oiler/Rigger), pins are unlocked from dolly to release boom, dolly is moved off to the side, outriggers are lifted and pads/cookies (4/crane) are set, crane is roped off, rigging of crane dependent on material, equipment cables are set, and crane is moved into position.</li>
<li>May operate Heavy Equipment and/or drive construction vehicles and trucks. Travel includes up to a 70-mile radius to job sites.</li></ul><br>
