A leading Real Estate Developer &amp; Construction Company in The Kingdom Of Bahrain seeks to employ Land Surveyor who will be responsible for conducting precise land surveys, preparing maps and legal descriptions, and providing survey data for various projects. This role requires a strong understanding of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Job Responsibilities:&middot; Perform field surveys using a variety of equipment, including total stations, GPS receivers, levels etc&middot; Collect accurate field data, including topographic features, boundary lines, elevations, and locations of existing structures.&middot; Ensure the accuracy and integrity of survey data.&middot; Process and analyze field data using surveying software&middot; Prepare maps, plats, legal descriptions, and reports based on survey data.&middot; Calculate areas, volumes, and other related quantities.&middot; Provide survey support for various projects, including construction, engineering, and land development.&middot; Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals.&middot; Conduct boundary surveys and stakeouts.&middot; Ensure all surveys comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.&middot; Research and interpret land records and legal documents.&middot; Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.Qualifications:<ul><li>Diploma/Associate's Degree/Bachelor's Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.</li><li>2-3 years of Proven experience as a Land Surveyor.</li><li>Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment.</li><li>Proficiency in surveying software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, etc.).</li><li>Ability to read and interpret maps, plats, and legal descriptions.</li><li>Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.</li><li>Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.</li><li>Experience with specific types of surveys, e.g., topographic, boundary, construction, is a plus</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform field surveys using a variety of equipment, including total stations, GPS receivers, levels, and other surveying instruments.</li><li>Collect precise and detailed field data, including topographical features, boundary lines, elevations, and existing structures.</li><li>Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of all collected survey data.</li><li>Process, interpret, and analyze field data using industry-standard surveying software.</li><li>Prepare survey drawings, maps, plats, legal descriptions, and detailed reports based on survey findings.</li><li>Compute measurements such as distances, angles, areas, and volumes.</li><li>Provide surveying support for engineering, construction, and land development projects.</li><li>Collaborate with engineers, architects, planners, and project managers to support project objectives.</li><li>Conduct boundary, topographic, construction, and as-built surveys as required.</li><li>Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and codes.</li><li>Research legal records, title data, previous surveys, and land deeds to verify boundaries and property lines.</li><li>Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot surveying equipment to ensure peak performance.</li><li>Monitor project timelines, field conditions, and reporting accuracy.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Diploma, Associate&rsquo;s Degree, or Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>2&ndash;3 years of proven experience as a Land Surveyor or in a similar role.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of surveying principles, standards, and methodologies.</li><li>Proficiency with surveying software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, Leica Geo Office, etc.).</li><li>Ability to interpret blueprints, engineering plans, plats, and legal land descriptions.</li><li>Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and spatial awareness.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Physical ability to work outdoors in various terrains and weather conditions.</li><li>Familiarity with topographic, boundary, construction layout, and control surveys is a plus.</li><li>Professional license or certification (e.g., RPLS, PLS, or equivalent) is an advantage and may be required depending on jurisdiction.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Job Responsibilities &ndash; Surveyor Helper:<ul><li>Assist surveyors in conducting field surveys using total stations, GPS receivers, levels, and other surveying instruments.</li><li>Set up and break down equipment at job sites.</li><li>Hold level rods or prisms to assist in measuring angles, distances, and elevations.</li><li>Help mark boundaries and reference points on construction and survey sites.</li><li>Support the collection of accurate field data, including topography, existing structures, and terrain features.</li><li>Maintain detailed field notes and records as instructed by the lead surveyor.</li><li>Assist in downloading and organizing field data for processing.</li><li>Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of survey vehicles and equipment.</li><li>Follow safety protocols and ensure the safe use of tools and equipment.</li><li>Perform routine maintenance and basic calibration of survey instruments.</li><li>Provide support on construction layout, boundary surveys, and topographic surveys.</li><li>Load and transport equipment and supplies to and from job sites.</li><li>Work outdoors in various weather and terrain conditions as required.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or coursework in surveying is a plus.</li><li>1-2 years of experience assisting in land surveying or related fieldwork preferred (entry-level candidates may be considered).</li><li>Basic knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment.</li><li>Willingness to learn and follow instructions from senior surveyors.</li><li>Physical ability to work in outdoor environments and lift heavy equipment.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and a willingness to follow procedures.</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Basic understanding of maps, drawings, and survey documents.</li><li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with GPS and total station instruments is an asset.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
