<div>Job Purpose
To perform the assigned role within the Landscape package covering landscape, irrigation, horticulture, vegetation control, external presentation and campus/airside interfaces, ensuring safe, compliant, continuous and passenger-sensitive service delivery under EMPLOYER's performance-based FM model.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver the Landscape package scope in a live KAIA airport environment while protecting safety, continuity, passenger experience and EMPLOYER reputation.
Follow EMPLOYER/KAIA security, access, PTW, HSE, emergency, reporting and escalation procedures.
Use EAM/CAFM, checklists or approved templates to record activities, defects, incidents, resources and evidence.
Coordinate with EMPLOYER FM, AOCC/TOC, Security, airport operations, adjacent packages, tenants, airlines, OEMs and subcontractors as applicable.
Lead manpower planning, shift coverage, mobilization, productivity, KPI/SLA governance, weekly/monthly reporting and corrective actions.
Review risks, complaints, NCRs, audit findings, repeat failures, seasonal readiness and continuous-improvement initiatives.
Maintain landscape assets, irrigation systems, turf, shrubs, planters, vegetation and airport external presentation.
Control vegetation to prevent visibility, wildlife, drainage, FOD, security or airside/landside interface concerns.
Qualifications, Experience and Courses
Minimum 4 years previous FM experience in GCC and 15+ years hands-on experience leading landscaping/soft services; knowledge of landscaping and soft services systems; prepare PPM plans, track work orders and update CAFM; strong manpower management; good MS Office, scheduling and planning.
Relevant airport, transport hub, critical infrastructure, hospitality mega-facility or large public facility experience is preferred; aviation-system roles require direct system/OEM exposure where applicable.
Must be able to work in a 24/7/365 multi-stakeholder environment during Hajj, Umrah, Ramadan, VIP movements, disruptions and emergency conditions.
Professional English for supervisory/management roles; basic English for field roles; Arabic is preferred for coordination.
Required training: KAIA/EMPLOYER induction, security awareness, HSE, emergency response, EAM/CAFM/mobile work order, and package-specific technical/OEM/safety courses.
Airport-Specific Competencies
Airport security/access discipline, airside-landside awareness and passenger-impact sensitivity.
Ability to operate during 24/7 shifts, peak passenger periods, Hajj/Umrah, disruptions, VIP movements and emergency response.
Clear communication with EMPLOYER, AOCC/TOC, Security, operations, adjacent FM packages, subcontractors/OEMs and internal Safari teams.

</h3>As the Landscaping Manager at Four Seasons Resort Red Sea, you will be responsible for overseeing the landscaping operations across Hotel Expansion 3 (HE3) and Golf Villas (GV), ensuring that all outdoor areas reflect the exceptional standards of beauty, sustainability, and luxury associated with Four Seasons.
In this role, you will manage the planning, maintenance, and enhancement of all landscaped areas, including gardens, pathways, outdoor guest areas, villa surroundings, and recreational spaces. Your leadership will ensure that the resort&rsquo;s natural environment is maintained in pristine condition while complementing the architectural design and the surrounding Red Sea landscape.
You will lead and supervise the landscaping team and external contractors, ensuring daily operations are carried out efficiently and safely.
