Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced bilingual Lead Dental Assistant to join our vibrant dental team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily clinical operations, support the dental team in delivering exceptional patient care, and ensure the highest standards of infection control and patient safety. What you’ll do: 
The Lead Dental Assistant is DAANCE certified individual responsible, conversant with the oral and dental assistant role, who has accountability for the day to day back-office operations in a designated patient care area. <li>Michigan: Upon hiring, you are required to furnish evidence of X-ray training certification. If you do not possess certification at the time of hiring, you are granted an 8-week period to submit it.</li>
<li>New Jersey: Proof of X-ray training.</li>
<li>New York: Not applicable.</li>
<li>Ohio: Proof of formal training to expose X-rays (including FDOH Permit to Expose X-rays)</li>
