   Ensure quality and accuracy of EPC / FEED Contractor&rsquo;s Process Safety and Loss Prevention Engineering activities and review deliverables including philosophies, data sheets, specifications, layouts, close out reports, detailed drawings, etc. pertaining to risk studies, loss prevention systems, firefighting equipment, muster station, TGR&rsquo;s, TSRs, Safety Signage, hazardous areas classifications, etc.

   Review any Project specific Risk Management Systems and criteria pertaining to Process Safety and Loss Prevention.

   Review of HSEIAs for Process Safety and Loss Prevention Engineering inputs, including reviewing hazards and effects registers, bow tie diagrams, HSECES register, HSCES performance standards and procedures, etc.

   Review Emergency Response procedures and plans for Loss Prevention inputs including alignment with Owner specifications and standards etc.

   Provide assistance and support to Construction, Pre- commissioning and Commissioning phases of the works.
