 The Secondee Legal Counsel will support the Client&rsquo;s business and will be based in Bangalore, India. This role reports to the Contracts Leader for the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. The successful candidate will provide strategic legal counsel to senior management, draft and negotiate complex international agreements, and proactively identify and mitigate legal risks.  Key Responsibilities:

 Act as the primary legal secondee for contract review and management across the APAC region (excluding India and China), ensuring alignment with the Client&rsquo;s standard processes and contractual practices.

 Draft, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including customer sales contracts, supply and distribution agreements, licensing arrangements, joint development agreements, NDAs, and more.

 Serve as the legal point of contact for the Client&rsquo;s business in APAC (excluding India and China), collaborating with regional leadership and functional teams to deliver timely and effective legal support.

 Partner with internal stakeholders&mdash;project managers, legal counsel, procurement, and executives&mdash;to develop contract strategies aligned with business objectives.
