The Legal and Public Policy Recruiting team is seeking a Sr. Sourcing Recruiter to leverage their business acumen and influencing skills to provide consulting and guidance to our Legal and Public Policy hiring managers and leaders. Key job responsibilities<br>

Responsibilities:

General</b></div><ul><li>
Participates as part of a full team of conference services personnel for the firm. This includes attending meetings, training activities, and potentially, as a provider of content and/or updates to content to the department Portal page.</li><li>

Reception Duties</b></div><ul><li>
Serve as the first point of contact by welcoming and announcing all clients and visitors, ensuring adherence to security protocols, including managing visitor access lists.</li><li>
Support the Office Administrator with office initiatives and collaborate as needed to foster a positive office environment.</li><li>
Works as part of a collaborative receptionist team to manage and direct incoming calls for local and other firm offices.</li><li>
Manage conference room and visiting office reservations, including booking, confirming, adjusting, and maintaining the electronic reservation system; communicate updates and changes promptly.</li><li>
Provide hospitality services to visitors, including assisting with belongings, offering beverages, basic printing/copying support, and parking validation.</li><li>
Ensure all reception, conference room, and visiting attorney areas are maintained to firm standards and perform regular conference room refreshes throughout the day.</li><li>
Accurately process office expense reports using Chrome River.</li><li>
Maintains knowledge of emergency procedures and participates as part of the Building Evacuation Team.</li><li>
Assist with catering needs.</li><li>
Assists with special assignments as necessary including birthday/anniversary announcements, snack program upkeep, and maintenance, internal office events and celebrations (examples: pot luck, internal happy hours, summer associate events etc..)</li><li>
Performs additional duties as directed.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>High school diploma or GED required</li><li>
Administrative experience in the legal, financial, or hospitality industries with event planning exposure.</li><li>
Familiarity with the Jacksonville business landscape and the unique administrative needs of Florida-based legal service practices.</li><li>
Collaborative team player who is proactive, self-motivated, and eager to take on additional responsibilities.</li><li>
Friendly, approachable, and adaptable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional office setting.</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>
Flexibility to work overtime as needed.</li><li>
