Essential Job Duties

Review maintenance records.</li><li>
Verifies mark-up of drawings/schematics and collection of equipment data.</li><li>
Analyze and develop maintenance procedures, reconcile engineering drawings, and document inspection requirements.</li><li>
Conduct non-destructive testing and maintain records of daily visual emissions.</li><li>
Manage internal and external quality control methods and policies for measuring, tracking, analyzing, reporting and implementing predictive, preventive and corrective actions required to ensure the quality performance standards required by the PWS and customer satisfaction are met.</li><li>
Recommends additional or remedial work, if required.</li><li>
Researches and prepares technical reports for management.</li><li>

Minimum Requirements 
<ul><li>
High school diploma.</li><li>
6 years&rsquo; experience in commercial and residential construction.</li><li>
Current or former Journeyman or higher equivalent trades worker.</li><li>
Familiarization with Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) practices, International Building Codes (IBC), National Electrical Code (NEC), ASHRAE Standards, OSHA regulations, National Fire Protection Codes (NFPA).</li></ul>

Palace Civil Maintenance Inspector

Serves as the Aviation Maintenance Quality Control/Quality Assurance (QC/QA) Technical Inspector under the direction of the QC Manager. Responsibilities encompass the sign-off of all red &lsquo;X&rsquo; and circle red &lsquo;X&rsquo; conditions related to aircraft systems and components. Engages in technical inspection of specific airframe, powertrain, power-plant, armament, electrical, and avionics systems. Evaluates the need for Maintenance Test Flights (MTF) and Maintenance Operational Checks (MOC), providing inspection criteria interpretation to the maintenance staff. Utilizes common measuring tools, precision measuring gauges, and alignment fixtures (GFE). Assists the Customer in maintaining a current technical library and relevant aircraft forms and records. Collaborates with the Customer Weight and Balance (W&amp;B) technician to complete Weight and Balance records for all assigned aircraft, adhering to Customer directives and applicable manuals. Assumes the role of the site QC Data Analyst and the technical and compliance documentation administrator. Establishes maintenance quality control processes, procedures, standards, measures, and reports, supporting the maintenance program for all maintenance support activities. Prioritizes safety in all related operations and conducts maintenance and technical inspector training as required, inputting OJT training data into the learning management system database.</div>
Responsibilities:
