We are looking for a Planning and Scheduling Head to provide control and coordination of all planning and Scheduling activities related to Routine Maintenance for all the operational areas, including Preventive, Corrective and Predictive Maintenance carried out by Contractor. The Planning and Scheduling Head will lead contractor&rsquo;s maintenance planning section by providing technical information and solutions. This role will report to the Contractor Site Manager and have the planning team as direct reports.</p><p></p><p><b>
Responsibilities:
</b></p><ul><li>Prepare long-term maintenance plan</li><li>
Monitor and collect data from system for review of management</li><li>
Offer solution for optimization of resources</li><li>
Provide Inputs for preparation of maintenance budget of all plants</li><li>
Review actual Vs budgeted expenditure of maintenance and recommend</li><li>
necessary action to minimize deviations</li><li>
Prepare monthly report highlighting work plans, major activity completed and attend regular maintenance dept meeting</li><li>
Monitor Maintenance planning section KPI&rsquo;s against target</li><li>
Review and present manpower planning</li><li>
Follow up with operations, services, and company maintenance dept for planning related issue</li><li>

Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in engineering and 10 + years of experience in Oil &amp; Gas maintenance</li><li>
Or Diploma and 15 + years of experience in Oil &amp; Gas maintenance</li><li>
Supervision and leadership skills in the Oil &amp; Gas maintenance planning field and with large organizations</li><li>
Proficiency with maintenance systems like CMMS</li><li>

We are</p><p>seeking an experienced Equipment Manager to support our teams and ensure our fleet of heavy</p><p>equipment and trucks is operating at peak performance.</p><p>Position Summary</p><p>The Equipment Manager oversees the daily management, maintenance, and deployment of all</p><p>heavy equipment and heavy trucks across multiple job sites. This role ensures equipment reliability,</p><p>minimizes downtime, and supports the Director of Equipment in long-term fleet planning and</p><p>operational strategy.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><p>- Manage the company's fleet of heavy equipment, heavy trucks, and support machinery.</p><p>- Coordinate equipment scheduling, mobilization, and logistics for job sites.</p><p>- Oversee preventive maintenance programs and ensure timely service and inspections.</p><p>- Track equipment utilization, performance, and downtime; recommend repairs or replacements.</p><p>- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, inspections, and equipment assignments.</p><p>- Work with vendors and service providers for parts, repairs, rentals, and warranty claims.</p><p>- Support budgeting, forecasting, and fleet planning with the Director of Equipment.</p><p>- Ensure compliance with safety standards, DOT regulations, and company policies.</p><p>- Train staff on proper equipment use, care, and safety procedures.</p><p>- Assist with equipment purchasing, leasing, and disposal decisions.</p><p>Qualifications</p><p>- 3-5 years of experience managing heavy equipment or fleet operations.</p><p>- Strong mechanical knowledge of heavy machinery and truck systems.</p><p>- Experience with maintenance software or equipment tracking systems.</p><p>- Excellent organizational and communication skills.</p><p>- Ability to work in the field and travel between job sites as needed.</p><p>- Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred.</p><p>Skills</p><p>- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities</p><p>- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</p><p>- Knowledge of OSHA and DOT compliance</p><p>- Vendor and contractor coordination</p><p>- Mechanical troubleshooting</p><p>Benefits</p><p>- Health, dental, and vision insurance</p><p>- Paid time off and paid holidays</p><p>- 401(k) with company match</p><p>- Career growth and advancement opportunities</p><p>- Company vehicle provided</p><p>How to Apply</p><p>Submit your resume through Indeed.</p><p>Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>
