Acts in the capacity of lead, which involves day-to-day operations and daily/weekly assignments. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p><ul><li>Repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment and assists in the repair of grounds maintenance equipment.</li><li>Ensures proper maintenance of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems of each community facility.</li><li>Assumes responsibility and authority for the department in the Maintenance Supervisor&rsquo;s absence. Assigns work duties and revises projects for other maintenance and grounds department staff. Monitors the workload of the department.</li><li>Monthly adequacy checks of contracted services such as landscaping, pool maintenance, and pest control. Pursues corrective action with contractors, if necessary.</li><li>Performs skilled plumbing and electrical repairs.</li><li>Tests and schedules maintenance on fire alarm systems and elevators.</li><li>May assist with groundskeeping needs (mowing, trimming, weeding, etc. and ice melt application when necessary) on all properties. The Maintenance Technician Level II reports to the Facilities Manager/Team Leader. This position provides general oversite for third party vendors performing work within the Credit Union buildings or on Credit Union property. Provides general maintenance to the credit union&rsquo;s facilities and grounds as assigned by the Facilities Manager/Team Leader. Responsible for ensuring credit union buildings and properties are clean (free of debris) and safe. Performs secure credit union Courier Service. Performs other related duties as assigned by Facilities Manager/Team Leader.

</b></div></h1><ul><li><div>Operate a motor vehicle for the purpose of transporting oneself to and from different facilities, transporting mail, supplies/materials, and tools as required between facilities.</div></li><li><div>
Supervise testing and repairs of HVAC &amp; Electrical work in the absence of a Regional Maintenance Team Lead.</div></li><li><div>
Attend credit union training sessions, conferences, or seminars as approved by supervisor. Maintain awareness of regulations related to maintenance duties and responsibilities.</div></li><li><div>
Complete all daily tasks in a prompt and efficient manner.</div></li><li><div>
Maintain and protect all sensitive data utilizing the highest standard of confidentiality and professionalism. Follow all guidelines and policies for physical and cybersecurity. Consistently displaying respect for all areas of diversity and levels of knowledge.</div></li><li><div>
Keep supervisor advised of status of all major projects as well as concerns.</div></li><li><div>
Perform daily general maintenance duties including moving boxes, supplies, and equipment. Perform routine preventative maintenance, to include picking up trash and general cleaning up around facilities.</div></li><li><div>
Process interoffice mail and parcels securely (when filling in or assigned duties for Courier as required) and within prescribed timeframes.</div></li><li><div>
Must understand and perform Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) functions as applicable to job responsibilities.
</div></li><li><div>Maintain primary storage areas, transport boxes and supplies from storage area to credit union branches and departments.</div></li><li><div>
Perform other related duties as requested by supervisor.</div></li><li><div>
Display mutual respect, trust, and dignity, acting in the best interest of the credit union. Lead by example by always displaying solid work ethics and integrity. Control risk and manage operations in a safe and sound manner.</div></li><li><div>

Assist and monitor outside vendors and contractors ensuring that the credit unions best interests are maintained.</div></li><li><div>
Working knowledge of structural elements, basic electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, to include diagnostic procedures as requires to fully maintain each facility assigned.</div></li></ul><p>

Possess and maintain a thorough knowledge of maintenance required to sustain credit union facilities.</div></li><li><div>
Working indoors in a professional atmosphere.</div></li><li><div>
Working outdoors in inclement weather conditions to include extreme temperatures both hot and cold.</div></li><li><div>
Understanding and working knowledge of blueprints and electrical schematics</div></li><li><div>
Basic carpentry skills, to include changing outdoor hardware.</div></li><li><div>
Ability and working knowledge of hand tools to include hammers, saws, pliers, cutters, and levels.</div></li><li><div>
Basic knowledge and skills with electrical equipment to include testers and power tools.</div></li><li><div>
