When and Where We Work
You&rsquo;ll generally work Monday to Friday, between 8am and 5pm, in the beautiful Cincinnati Metro Area. No weekend work means you have plenty of time to unwind!

We&rsquo;re looking for passionate individuals who are ready to dive into residential repair and remodeling projects. As an Experienced Craftsman, you&rsquo;ll handle tasks across a range of trades, including carpentry, drywall, electrical work, maintenance, painting, plumbing, roofing, and tiling. You&rsquo;ll not only complete projects but also engage with clients to ensure their satisfaction throughout each phase.
What You Need:<ul>
<li>A willingness to work year-round, regardless of the weather.</li>
<li>Ability to climb ladders and work at heights up to 3 stories.</li>
<li>Pass a background check, drug screening, and driving history check.</li>
<li>Commitment to wearing company uniforms and maintaining grooming standards (beards are not allowed, but a well-kept goatee or mustache is fine).</li>
<li>Comfort with technology to manage operations and communicate with customers.</li>
<li>Punctuality and reliability are a must!</li>

Compensation: Based on Skill Level and Individual Performance. Actual, annual compensation per Skill Level: 
Master Craftsman - Level 5: $140,000 - $200,000
Professional Craftsman - Level 4: $100,000 - $140,000
Craftsman - Level 3: $80,000 - $120,000
Apprentice - $45,000 - $80,000
