 Scope of Position
 
 
 
 Assist in the coordination of all maintenance &amp; repairs of the facilities and equipment. Responsible for the day-to-day operations within the property maintenance department ensuring plant and equipment operate with the least amount of down time. Maintain the complex facility, including the physical building structure, all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems and related equipment in accordance with energy conservation and preventative maintenance programs.
