</li></ul><div><div><b>III. Technical Capabilities</b></div>
<ul><li>Understands and can apply hydronic piping engineering principals to systems and plants providing condenser water, geothermal, chilled water, hot water, steam, and refrigerant</li>
<li>Understands and can apply design principals of hydronic systems and plants</li>
<li>Understands building pressure and stack effect and can engineer systems to address building pressure including life safety systems for hoist way and stairwell pressurization and smoke control</li>
<li>Creates and understands all aspects of single line diagrams</li>
<li>Develop engineering sketches or schematics, layouts, details and/or drawings</li>
<li>Understands and can proficiently reference and apply applicable codes</li>
<li>Understands and can apply SMACNA standards to all ductwork pressure classes and type</li>
<li>Able to edit Mechanical specifications</li>
<li>Perform advanced building, system, and plant level HVAC calculations for complicated systems</li>
<li>Research and prepare reports for feasibility studies, life cycle cost analysis and other similar reports</li>
<li>Performs and demonstrates HVAC energy compliance using energy compliance software and provide supporting documentation

<ul><li>10+ years working in an MEP engineering consulting firm on multiple building types</li>
<li>6+ years working as a licensed professional engineer</li>
<li>Project experience across multiple market segments preferred (Healthcare, Education, Commercial, Civic, Retail)</li>
</ul><div><b>Computer Skills</b></div>
<ul><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams</li>
<li>Proficient in Autodesk Revit
