<div>The MEP Site Engineer is responsible for the execution, supervision, and coordination of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works at the construction site. Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all MEP works including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and ELV systems.</li><li>

Monitor daily site activities and coordinate with contractors and subcontractors.</li><li>
Technical Coordination</li><li>
Review MEP drawings and resolve site-related technical issues.</li><li>

Raise RFIs (Request for Information) where required.</li><li>
Material &amp; Quality Control</li><li>
Check material delivery against approved submittals and BOQ.</li><li>
Ensure proper storage and handling of MEP materials on site.</li><li>
Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.</li><li>
Progress Monitoring</li><li>
Track daily, weekly, and monthly progress of MEP works.</li><li>
Support planning team in achieving project milestones.</li><li>
Report delays, risks, and site issues to senior management.</li><li>
Testing &amp; Commissioning</li><li>
Assist in testing, commissioning, and handing over of MEP systems.</li><li>
Ensure proper documentation of all testing activities (pressure tests, insulation tests, etc.).</li><li>
Safety Compliance</li><li>
Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with HSE standards.</li><li>
Promote safe working practices at site.</li><li>
Documentation</li><li>
Maintain site records, installation reports, inspection checklists, and as-built data.</li><li>
Support preparation of BOQ variations and material demands.</li></ul>
Required Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree / DAE in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.</li><li>
5-7 years of relevant experience in MEP construction projects.</li></ul>
