<p>Phlebotomy Technician Job Description:</p><p>Your job responsibilities are as follows: As a mobile phlebotomist, you will be the one who draws blood from patients, collects a variety of other specimen samples as well as label the blood vials that you have filled. You will also be responsible for transporting samples to the drop off location.<br/>Mobile Phlebs collect from patients who reside at Skilled facilities, Assisted Living facilities, Clinics and Patient homes.</p><p>Skilled facilities require 24/7 care. The patients may be more difficult sticks and require a seasoned phlebotomist, therefore the phleb who is hired for this position will need to be extremely skilled and confident in their abilities.</p><p>This role also requires a minimum of one on-call day per week.<br/>This is a 24 hour shift where you will need to be available in the event of a STAT being called in.
