About this position:</div><div>
The Compliance Control &amp; Monitoring Manager is responsible for working in a team environment to develop and execute regulatory controls and testing to provide reasonable assurance that each line of business within LMCU is complying with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.</div><div></div><div>
What you&rsquo;ll do:</div><ul><li>
Manage process walkthroughs and design monitoring and testing activities for areas deemed to be of higher focus. Perform an analysis of evidentiary data and draw conclusions as to the adequacy and effectiveness of business controls. Ensure that workpapers are thorough, well-organized, and support the work executed, including evidence of exceptions identified.</li><li>
Prepare and present reports that are appropriate for executive-level consumption to clearly communicate results, risks, root causes, and key issues.</li><li>
Maintain current knowledge of CFPB and other regulators&rsquo; focus areas, specific to consumer protection regulations, enforcements, and industry practices.</li><li>
Manage compliance issues identified during testing and follow up as needed. Ensure corrective action plans are properly executed to comply with corporate policy or applicable regulation.</li><li>
Support development of the annual compliance monitoring plan, including recalibration of the plan based on the results of the compliance risk assessment, as well as external/audit findings that might adjust the monitoring plan.</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
What you&rsquo;ll bring:</div><ul><li>
Three years to five years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience, in a corporate testing or audit function within the financial services sector and/or related experience working in complex audit or testing operations, or related projects.</li><li>
Experience with banking regulations is a plus. Experience working with regulatory agencies, such as the NCUA, CFPB, etc.</li><li>
Willingness to obtain compliance certification.</li><li>
A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, economics, risk management, or related field of study.</li><li>
CRCM, CIA, or CAMS certifications preferred, but not required.</li><li>
Strong interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with stakeholders and engaging teams.</li><li>

The position supports organizational systems for tracking progress, results, and learning, with particular responsibility for ensuring compliance with donor requirements, including for EU-funded projects. The key responsibilities will include:</b></p>

</ul><p><b>Qualifications &amp; Experience</b></p>
<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in public policy, development studies, social sciences, economics, statistics, international relations, or another relevant discipline is preferred.</li></ul>
<ul><li>3-5 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 2 years in monitoring and evaluation roles.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Experience working on donor-funded projects (such as EU, UN, USAID, FCDO) and familiarity with results-based management and logframe-based reporting.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Experience with both qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis.</li></ul>

 The Delivering Innovation in Self-Care project (DISC), supports PSI&rsquo;s vision to reimagine healthcare by increasing awareness, availability, and access to contraceptive self-care methods like self-injection that give women greater power and control over their sexual and reproductive health. In partnership with Ministries of Health, healthcare provider networks, and other key stakeholders, DISC is integrating self-care methods into health systems, bringing care closer to consumers, and amplifying their voice, choice, and agency. The DISC project is expanding geographical presence by scaling DISC high impact practices through partnerships in existing countries (Uganda, Nigeria, Malawi) as well as expanding into new countries (Zambia, Mozambique, Kenya, Pakistan, and Ethiopia).

 To support this scale-up, PSI seeks an Advisor I, Monitoring, who will support the monitoring functions of the DISC project scale-up across existing and new countries. This includes supporting the implementation of activities to strengthen the generation and use of high-quality routine data, driving program performance in line with PSI and global best practices. The Advisor I, Monitoring will work closely with project monitoring staff based in implementation countries, as well as the DISC project global M&amp;E and dashboard teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting and visualization of monthly data and analytics. The Advisor may increasingly be involved in the design of monitoring and digital health activities of multiple regions. May contribute to internal capacity building efforts across the PSI network.

<li>The FSP Manager Global Clinical Monitoring (GCM) offers an additional development path for clinical research professionals. Responsibilities are focused on the management and career development of the organization's Clinical Research Associate (CRA) workforce as well as providing oversight and coordination of project activities for CRAs assigned to FSP partnership.</li>
<li>This position requires the ability to independently lead, manage, and motivate a team of CRAs to a standard consistent with Precision for Medicine's values and overall focus on quality. In addition, this position will provide the CRAs with career development and support, to minimize turnover and maintain high levels of employee satisfaction.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Generate action plans and provide developmental/strategic oversight to optimize CRA services, with a focus on high quality delivery of individual/team/departmental goals.</li>
<li>Assist with and contribute to project resourcing to ensure proper level and allocation resource is assigned for each project within the FSP work order. Update tracking systems and interface with project teams.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the FSP Oversight Director and Clinical Operations Management Team to ensure that resource needs and site requirements are met appropriately.</li>
<li>Develop, mentor, manage and coach CRA staff to progress their skills so that Precision for Medicine quality standards are maintained. Advocate individual career development, and individual responsibility/accountability.</li>

<li>Ensure CRAs provide timely and accurate updates of all required administrative material (SOPs, T&amp;E, etc.) on company systems.</li>

<li>Planning, assigning, and directing of work as well as gathering performance feedback to contribute to appropriate action plans.</li>

<p><b>Qualifications:</b><br>
Minimum Required:</p>
