Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Workplace Solutions & Identity Integration Engineer with 3–6 years of experience to support the design, integration, deployment, and operation of cloud and SaaS based workplace platforms. The candidate should have hands on experience with enterprise identity and access management, SSO, MFA, and security integration.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
. Support the design, integration, deployment, and operational management of cloud and SaaS based workplace solutions.
. Configure and integrate workplace platforms with enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
. Work with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Single Sign On (SSO), and Multi Factor Authentication (MFA).
. Support user onboarding, access provisioning, de provisioning, and role based access control (RBAC) activities.
. Assist in integrating applications using authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
. Ensure solutions follow enterprise security, privacy, compliance, and governance standards.
. Collaborate with workplace, infrastructure, security, IAM, and application teams for seamless platform integration.
. Troubleshoot authentication, access, and integration related issues and provide timely resolution.
. Support operational activities including platform monitoring, incident management, and service requests.
. Maintain technical documentation, configuration details, integration documents, and operational procedures.
. Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement in workplace and identity management processes.
Required Skills & Experience
. 3–6 years of experience in Workplace Solutions, Digital Workplace, Cloud/SaaS Platforms, IAM, or Application Integration.
. Hands on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
. Good understanding of SSO, MFA, IAM, RBAC, and user access management.
. Knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC.
. Experience integrating cloud/SaaS applications with enterprise identity platforms.
. Understanding of enterprise security, access controls, and compliance requirements.
. Basic experience with automation using PowerShell, APIs, or workflow tools.
. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem solving skills.
. Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple technical and business stakeholders.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Preferred Skills
. Workplace Technology Platforms – SaaS workplace solutions, Micoroft 365, MS Places, Smart office and digital workplace tools
. Solution Design & Integrations – APIs, SaaS integrations, Azure AD/SSO, technical solution design.
. IoT & Smart Building Technologies – Sensors, occupancy monitoring, gateways and workplace automation
. Knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) concepts.
. Familiarity with ITIL processes, including Incident and Change Management.
. Relevant certifications in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Security, IAM, or Cloud technologies are preferred.
Secondary Skill Sets
Data & Analytics – Dashboarding, KPI tracking, office analytics and usage insights.
