 Qualifications &amp; Experience

 Bachelors degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Electrical / Instrumentation).
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 10 years of construction experience in EPC oil &amp; gas projects, with at least 3 years offshore (platform, topside, or subsea installations).
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience supervising multi-discipline construction teams at fabrication yards and offshore sites.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of offshore installation methods, heavy lifting operations, and construction sequencing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiar with QatarEnergy / ADNOC / ARAMCO specifications and project standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent knowledge of construction codes and standards (API, ASME, AWS, NORSOK, ISO).
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Office, progress tracking tools, and familiarity with permit-to-work systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in English; strong communication and leadership skills.
 </li>

 Preferred Certifications

 BOSIET / HUET / H2S (mandatory for offshore assignment).
