 Purpose Of The Position
 
 
 
 As
 
 Subsea Pipeline Pre-commissioning Supervisor
 
 , you will be part of
 
 Subsea Department
 
 within our
 
 Qatar Project.
 
 
 
 
 How can you support us? Here are your responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Supervise the execution of subsea pipeline pre-commissioning operations offshore and onshore.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure mobilization, testing, and safe operation of pre-commissioning spreads.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with technicians, operators, mechanics, subcontractors, engineers, and client representatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor parameters such as pressure, flowrate, temperature, and chemical injection, ensuring accurate logging and reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Verify readiness of equipment, consumables, and chemicals for each activity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct toolbox talks and ensure compliance with PTW, HSE regulations, and company policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare onsite operational reports and compile dossiers including test records, calibration certificates, and reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Report progress, deviations, and propose solutions to pre-commissioning engineers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead troubleshooting during anomalies or equipment issues.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What are we looking for?
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Offshore, or Pipeline Engineering (or equivalent).
 </li>
 <li>
 Background: Minimum 8 years of offshore pipeline pre-commissioning experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Languages: Strong communication skills in English.
 </li>
 <li>
 Technical Knowledge:
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 In-depth knowledge of DNV-ST-F101, API standards, and other relevant international codes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong technical understanding of pre-commissioning equipment (suction pumps, flooding pumps, chemical injection units, compressors, air dryers).
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to manage large teams (30+ personnel) during pre-commissioning phases.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with QE LNG project specifications and offshore operating practices highly preferred.
 
 </li>
