ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES</div><div>
This role will report into the Regional Business Director and will work with customer-facing and HQ teams across Oncology. The ABM will be responsible for the supervision and leadership of Senior Oncology Account Specialists within the area assigned, sales performance of the business portfolio of products, and business knowledge of the area landscape to assess key stakeholders plus future trends within the business marketplace. This position will require regular in field and virtual coaching and observation of Field Sales Representatives and frequent customer contact as well as the development of a strong, effective partnership with marketing and channel colleagues. Responsible for supervising operations of the Area to include hiring, live coaching, virtual coaching, representative development, performance management, and the assignment of key &quot;priority&quot; accounts within the medical community, managing 8 Senior Oncology Account Specialists.</div><ul><li><div>
Develops and implements strategic plans for the Area, business plan, and overall responsibility for budgets at Area level in alignment with RBD expectations.</div></li><li><div>

The Executive Oncology Sales Specialist (OSS) is a Field-based role reporting to a District Manager. As the OSS you will:</p><ul><li><p>

 The Account Manager &ndash; Cutaneous Oncology is a field-based sales role responsible for driving demand and market share growth for Odomzo&reg; and Unloxcyt&trade; within an assigned territory. This individual will build and maintain strong relationships with oncologists, dermatologists, Mohs surgeons, and key stakeholders in community and academic settings. The Account Manager will be accountable for developing strategic business plans, executing sales initiatives, and ensuring optimal patient access to therapy.

 This role requires a deep understanding of the cutaneous oncology landscape, buy-and-bill model, infusion logistics, and a collaborative mindset to partner cross-functionally across Market Access, Medical Affairs, and other field teams.

   Promote Odomzo and Unloxcyt to appropriate healthcare providers, including dermatologists, oncologists, and other key decision-makers.

   Educate customers on clinical data, product benefits, and the differentiated mechanisms of action, including PD-L1 blockade and Fc effector function, and ADCC.
  </li>
  <li>
   Execute territory business plans, including strategic targeting and customer engagement tactics.
  </li>

   Identify and develop advocates and early adopters to support product growth.
  </li>

   Navigate complex office- and hospital-based pathways to support buy-and-bill, reimbursement, and access.

 The presently-anticipated base compensation pay range for this position is $115,000 to $175,000. Actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical location and experience.
